Google "El Almendro Guaro" which is on Avenida Andalucia in the town of Guaro 5 kilometres or so north of Monda. We aim to start walking at 10.30 and will meet at the bar El Almendro (The Almond), left side of road - just before the Centro Cultural (on the right) | ||||

| I have graded this walk as HARD but probably MODERATE PLUS would be more accurate. Lovely walk at this time of year, through almond groves - now in flower. This is very much an "up hill and down dale" circular walk but with two STRENUOUS and LENGTHY uphill sections, albeit on good quality tracks. There is a stream to cross; stepping stones are present but if your boots are not waterproof you might like to bring a couple of plastic bags with you. Lunch will be at the walk's mid-point so bring sandwiches etc or we could eat at the El Almendero after our walk. Bring plenty of water. David Lynch Whatsapp 0044-7810-626677. | |||||
