We will meet at Bar El Nino in Mijas Pueblo, there should be plenty of street parking down the hill across from the bar. Coffee at 10.45 to be ready to catch a bus at 11.37 to Valtocado. | ||||

| The walk is a linear one from Valtocado we walk up into the Sierra and turn towards Mijas. It is only a 5 km walk but with a few steep bits and some spots with poor footing. It should take about 2.5 hours with a banana stop. It is a lovely walk with great views of the sea and some diversity of flora. We will pass a Roman quarry and the Hermita de Mijas, back down through the upper village and back to Bar El Nino for those who wish to lunch. | |||||
