Start Point: |
Take the A7 towards Estepona and leave at the 2nd junction after the San Pedro tunnel signed for Benahavis. There is a Repsol garage with coffee at the first roundabout if you need it. Carry on to the second roundabout where we will park. There is some parking in the right hand turn, which is where the walk starts, and more on waste ground in front of you or on the left hand side at the roundabout by the knife sharpener. Google Mercadona Benahavis if unsure of location. | ||||

| We start alongside the river and follow the footpath to the next road crossing. From here it is uphill for a while which will be taken at a very easy pace!! We then follow old irrigation channels until we drop down to cross the river and follow the path back to the road crossing, at which point we will be retracing our steps from the first part of the walk. Sticks, drink but lunch can be taken after either in Benahavis or a venta on the way home. | |||||
